Refund and Returns Policy

At Permata Holidays, we strive to provide the best travel experience for our customers. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before making any booking.



1. General Policy

All bookings made with Permata Holidays are subject to this Refund & Returns Policy. By confirming your booking, you agree to the terms stated below.



2. Non-Refundable Payments

  • All deposit payments are strictly non-refundable.
  • Certain promotional or discounted packages may be fully non-refundable, and this will be stated during booking.



3. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:

  • More than 7 days before travel date
    Partial refund may be provided, subject to administrative and supplier charges.
  • 3 to 7 days before travel date
    Limited refund may be provided depending on bookings (hotel, transport, activities).
  • Less than 72 hours before travel date
    No refund will be given.
  • No-show (failure to arrive)
    100% cancellation charge applies (no refund).



4. Amendments & Rescheduling

  • Customers may request to reschedule or amend booking at least 3–7 days before travel date.
  • All changes are subject to availability.
  • Additional charges may apply depending on new dates, peak seasons, or supplier costs.
  • Last-minute changes (within 72 hours) may not be accepted.



5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • Any bank charges, transaction fees, or currency exchange differences (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.



6. Unused Services

  • No refunds will be given for any unused portion of the package, including:
    • Accommodation
    • Transport
    • Activities
  • This includes early check-out, missed tours, or voluntary changes by customers.



7. Force Majeure

No refunds will be provided for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemics

However, we will try our best to assist with rescheduling where possible.



8. Third-Party Services

Permata Holidays works with hotels, transport providers, and activity operators. Refunds are subject to their individual policies and approval.



9. Company Cancellation

In rare cases where Permata Holidays needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • Customers will be offered:
    • A full refund, or
    • An alternative arrangement of equal value
